While in the past competitive advantage often stemmed from privileged access to information, the widespread availability of knowledge through the internet and artificial intelligence has fundamentally transformed this paradigm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the concept, the decisive factor today is not the possession of information itself, but the ability to organize and optimize its flow between individuals, organizations, institutions, and intelligent digital systems. The speed, quality, precision, and effectiveness with which information circulates increasingly determine an economy&#8217;s innovative capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Professor Kardasz explained:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8220;I<em>n the past, competitive advantage came from simply having access to information. Today, as AI and the internet provide widespread access to knowledge, what matters most is how quickly, accurately, and effectively information flows between people, organizations, and systems. Countries and companies that better organize this flow of information can create innovation more rapidly.
