He has taught mainly in the area of research methodology, with a particular focus on security studies.

- Dr Agnieszka Wilczyńska
Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of psychology. Researcher and practitioner - psychologist and psychotherapist. Author of over one hundred and twenty publications, including three books on social exclusion and sense of belonging. She completed a research internship at the University of Minnesota (2009), Halberg Chronobiology Center, collaborating with Prof. Fr. Halberg and Prof. G. Cornelissen in the Chronomics Study in Poland. He conducts research in the field of social psychology and group functioning, and supports the positive development of the individual, the employee, the student. He specialises in activating upbringing and educational environments to prevent social exclusion (rejection, ostracism, ignoring), emphasising the role of fostering a person's sense of belonging and autonomy. She is currently being considered for a professorship by the Council for Academic Excellence.
- Dr Dorota Ackermann-Szulgit
She gained her neuropsychological experience at the 10th Military Hospital with Polyclinic in Bydgoszcz in the Department of Neurosurgery and Head Surgery and in the Psychiatric Department. She is a trainer with many years of experience, co-author of publications on neuropsychology, neurobiology, aromatherapy, psychosurgery. Her areas of scientific and research interest are: neuropsychology, clinical neuroaromatherapy, neurodietetics, neurodidactics, as well as social psychology and neuromarketing. She is currently conducting research and observations on the effects of essential oils on brain function with a focus on cognitive, emotional and also meditation and spirituality.
- Dr Bozena Bartosik
Special educator, certified SI and psychomotor therapist, university teacher. For more than 30 years she has worked in schools with children with various disabilities and their families. In her professional work for many years she has been involved in the diagnosis of children with special educational needs and in supporting their development, diagnosis of sensory processing disorders, diagnosis of psychomotor development of young children.
Her involvement in the area of diagnosis and therapy was influenced by 12 years of work with Professor Ludwika Sadowska in the Independent Developmental Rehabilitation Laboratory in the 1st Department of Paediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Wrocław. For many years, together with Professor Joanna Kruk - Lasocka, she ran the Diagnosis and Therapy Cabinet for Children with Developmental Disabilities at the DSW. She is the author of numerous publications on the social-emotional functioning of children with various developmental disabilities and co-author of the Wrocław Model of Refinement.

- Dr Agnieszka Jaroszewicz
Member of the Scientific Council of the disciplines of political and administrative sciences and security sciences for the term 2021-2024. Previously, she was a long-term researcher at the Centre for Eastern Studies, where she worked, among others, as chief specialist, team leader and project manager. From 2017 to 2019, she was project manager of the Horizon 2020-funded project EU-STRAT (The EU and Eastern Partnership Countries: An Inside-Out Analysis and Strategic Assesment). She has worked as a therapist with children, adolescents and adults for 12 years, including at school, in associations for children and adolescents, at the Autism Research Workshop and in private practice. She is a therapist of EMDR and Rational Behavioural Therapy. In addition, she has been working with psychology students for 13 years. She is a member of the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish EMDR Association.
