University College of Professional Education carries out a number of tasks aimed at continuously improving the quality of education and improvement of our study programme. The Educational Quality Assurance System (QAA) is a key tool in the implementation of the university's quality policy.covering all fields of study offered. The entities carrying out the tasks of the QMS are:

The Commission is also responsible for projects, implementation and changes in study programmes, specialisation modules and for organisation of the process teaching and the analysis of the learning outcomes set. The tasks of the committee also include work on human resources policy, including: recruitment of research and teaching staff and evaluation of academic staff.

Meeting of the Education Quality Committee
On 15-16 December 2024, a meeting of the Education Quality Committee was held in the College of Professional Education, during which key issues related to improving the quality of education at the University were discussed. The session, chaired by the Pro-Dean of Education Quality, was an opportunity to analyse current activities and to set further directions for development.
Key issues addressed at the meeting
The meeting focused on the evaluation of the functioning of the Internal Quality Assurance System for Education and also discussed relevant topics such as:
- Monitoring and evaluation of the quality of education - including analysis of student survey results and employer opinions;
- Internationalisation of universities - the importance of cooperation with foreign universities and the introduction of courses taught in foreign languages was emphasised;
- cooperation with the socio-economic environment - integration of the curricula with the needs of the labour market;
- implementing innovative teaching methods - including inviting visiting professors from abroad and developing international exchange programmes.
Internationalisation as a priority
The University's internationalisation has been particularly highlighted as a factor that increases the competitiveness of its educational programmes. Through cooperation with international institutions and experts, WSKZ introduces innovative content into its study programmes, enabling students to acquire unique competences for the global labour market.
Importance of cooperation with the socio-economic environment
The Commission also emphasised the role of cooperation with the business sector and public institutions in adapting study programmes to the real requirements of employers. This approach enables students to develop practical skills and enhances their employability.

- Organisation of workshops and conferences to improve the skills of academic staff.
- Concluding agreements with foreign universities and implementing international exchanges.
- Analysis and implementation of innovative teaching tools.
Conclusions and future plans
The meeting of the Education Quality Committee confirmed WSKZ's commitment to improving education standards and introducing solutions to support the development of students and academic staff. The actions taken during the meeting will translate directly into improving the quality of education, strengthening cooperation with external partners and further strengthening the position of the College of Vocational Education as a modern university preparing students for global challenges.
