Stypendia 2026/2027

For whom:

• Dla studentów, którzy mają wyróżniające wyniki w nauce (średnia ocen minimum 4,75 z ostatniego roku akademickiego) lub posiadają osiągniecie naukowe, artystyczne lub osiągnięcia sportowe we współzawodnictwie na co najmniej poziomie krajowym. Średnią ocen (zarówno w semestrze zimowym jak i letnim) oblicza się na podstawie ocen uzyskanych w roku studiów poprzedzającym rok złożenia wniosku.
• The Rector's scholarship is awarded to no more than 10% students in a particular field of study.

What to include in the application:

• Dokumenty potwierdzające osiągnięcia np. zaświadczenia, certyfikaty, dyplomy uzyskane wyłącznie w roku studiów bezpośrednio poprzedzającym rok złożenia wniosku.

For how long:

• The scholarship is awarded in the academic year 2026/2027 per semester (winter term in the months of October to February and summer term in the months of March to June).

• Filled with application for rector's scholarship (plik do pobrania) wraz z kompletem dokumentów należy przesłać pocztą od 1 do 31 października na adres uczelni:

Attention: applications for summer semester należy przesłąć z datą nadania od 24 lutego do 31 marca.

For whom:

• For students in a difficult financial situation whose monthly net income per person in the family does not exceed 2099,70 zł.
• The amount of the scholarship depends on the grant received by the university. The distribution of funds is made in November, after considering applications submitted by 31 October this year.

Student family composition:

When determining the amount of income entitling a student to apply for a grant, income earned by:

• student;
• the student's spouse;
• the student's parents, legal guardians or actual guardians;
• and their dependants:
  - underage children
  - children in education up to the age of 26 or, if the age of 26 falls in the final year of study, until the completion of their studies
  – dzieci niepełnosprawne bez względu na wiek

Student financial independence:

For students without showing income of parents and siblings, if it meets at least  one of the following conditions:

1. over 26 years of age;
2. remains married;
3. has dependent children;
4. has reached the age of majority while in foster care;
5. posiada stałe źródło dochodów i jego przeciętny miesięczny dochód w poprzednim roku podatkowym oraz w roku bieżącym w miesiącach poprzedzających miesiąc złożenia oświadczenia wynosi 1866,40 zł. 

What to include in the application:

All documents necessary to establish your family's financial situation.

Core documents: 

• certificates from the tax office of the student and the members of the student's family on income subject to personal income tax pursuant to the principles set out in Articles 27, 30b, 30c, 30e and 30f of the Personal Income Tax Act of 26 July 1991;
• in the event of joint accounting by the parents for the income earned, the student must submit separate certificates for each parent,
• a certificate from the tax office of the members of the student's family who account for their income on the basis of the provisions on flat-rate income tax on certain income earned by natural persons, of the income earned in the calendar year preceding the academic year (if applicable),
• declarations by the student and members of the student's family about the income not subject to personal income tax earned in the calendar year preceding the academic year,
• certificates from the student and members of the student's family stating the amount of health insurance contributions in the calendar year preceding the academic year.

Other documents depend on the student's individual situation.

NOTE!
If the monthly income of the family does not exceed the amount of 823 zł (in accordance with the Social Assistance Act) a certificate (from the Social Assistance Centre or the Social Services Centre) on the use of social assistance benefits must be provided.

If the certificate is not provided - The Scholarship Committee refuses to award a maintenance grant.

• Stypendium przyznawane jest na rok akademicki 2026/2027 (w miesiącach od października do czerwca)

• Filled with application for a maintenance grant (downloadable file), together with a set of documents, should be sent by post by 31 October to the university's address:

For whom:

• Dla studentów, którzy znaleźli się przejściowo w trudnej sytuacji życiowej. Dotyczy nagłej, losowej sytuacji, która spowodowała pogorszenie warunków życia lub sytuacji finansowej. Do trudnych sytuacji życiowych w szczególności zalicza się:- poważny uszczerbek majątkowy w najbliższej rodzinie Studenta, wywołany siłą wyższą lub przestępstwem dokonanym przez osobę trzecią,- mająca charakter przejściowy choroba Studenta lub członka jego najbliższej rodziny, powodująca konieczność ponoszenia nadmiernie zwiększonych wydatków,- zgon członka lub członków najbliższej rodziny, zwłaszcza jednego lub obojga rodziców,- szkodę spowodowaną przez pożar lub klęskę żywiołową.

What to include in the application:

• Opis okoliczności trudnej sytuacji życiowej oraz dokumenty potwierdzające znalezienie się w przejściowo trudnej sytuacji, np. zaświadczenia z właściwych instytucji i urzędów potwierdzające okoliczności opisane we wniosku, dokumenty dotyczące przebiegu leczenia, faktury, paragony.

How often:

• Zapomoga może być przyznana nie częściej niż 2 razy w roku akademickim. Zapomoga nie przysługuje drugi raz z powodu tego samego zdarzenia.

How to apply:

• Filled with application for assistance (plik do pobrania) wraz z kompletem dokumentów należy przesłać pocztą od dnia 1 października danego roku do dnia 30 września kolejnego roku na adres uczelni:
