The general rules for the operation of material aid for students of the College of Vocational Training are set out:
- Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668.).
- Regulations for determining the amount, granting and payment of benefits for students of the College of Vocational Training in Wrocław, which are effective from 01.10.2024.
In accordance with Article 93 para. 3 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018. from a social grant, scholarships for people with disabilities, rector's scholarships and allowances undergraduates who are commencing further undergraduate studies and those with a master's degree who are pursuing further studies are not eligible.
The scholarship is available for first-cycle, second-cycle and single master's degree programmes.
The total period of entitlement is 12 semesters regardless of the student's intake, with the proviso that within this period the benefits accrue to the student:
- first degree - not more than 9 semesters
- second degree - not more than 7 semesters
For whom:
- For students who have an outstanding academic record (minimum grade point average of 4.75 in the last academic year) or have academic, artistic or sporting achievements in competition at least at national level.
- The Rector's scholarship is awarded to no more than 10% students in a particular field of study.
What to include in the application:
- Documents confirming achievements, e.g. certificates, diplomas.
For how long:
- The scholarship is awarded in the academic year 2024/2025 per semester (winter term in the months of October to February and summer term in the months of March to June).

Attention: applications for summer semester will be collected by 31 March.
For whom:
- For students in a difficult financial situation whose monthly net income per person in the family does not exceed PLN 1570.50.
- The amount of the scholarship depends on the grant received by the university. The distribution of funds is made in November, after considering applications submitted by 31 October this year.
Student family composition:
When determining the amount of income entitling a student to apply for a grant, income earned by:
- student;
- the student's spouse;
- the student's parents, legal guardians or actual guardians;
- and their dependants:
- underage children
- children in education up to the age of 26 or, if the age of 26 falls in the final year of study, until the completion of their studies
- children with disabilities regardless of age (certified severely disabled)
Student financial independence:
For students without showing income of parents and siblings, if it meets at least one of the following conditions:
- over 26 years of age;
- remains married;
- has dependent children;
- has reached the age of majority while in foster care;
- has a regular source of income and his average monthly income in the previous tax year and in the current year in the months preceding the month in which the declaration was submitted is PLN 1396.
What to include in the application:
All documents necessary to establish your family's financial situation.
Core documents:
- certificates from the tax office of the student and the members of the student's family on income subject to personal income tax pursuant to the principles set out in Articles 27, 30b, 30c, 30e and 30f of the Personal Income Tax Act of 26 July 1991;
- in the event of joint accounting by the parents for the income earned, the student must submit separate certificates for each parent,
- a certificate from the tax office of the members of the student's family who account for their income on the basis of the provisions on flat-rate income tax on certain income earned by natural persons, of the income earned in the calendar year preceding the academic year (if applicable),
- declarations by the student and members of the student's family about the income not subject to personal income tax earned in the calendar year preceding the academic year,
- certificates from the student and members of the student's family stating the amount of health insurance contributions in the calendar year preceding the academic year.
Other documents depend on the student's individual situation.

NOTE!
If the monthly income of the family does not exceed the amount of PLN 600 (in accordance with the Social Assistance Act) a certificate (from the Social Assistance Centre or the Social Services Centre) on the use of social assistance benefits must be provided.
If the certificate is not provided - The Scholarship Committee refuses to award a maintenance grant.
For how long:
- The scholarship is awarded for the academic year 2024/2025 (October to June)

- For students who find themselves temporarily in a difficult life situation.
What to include in the application:
- A description of the circumstances of the difficult life situation and supporting documents to substantiate the application.
How often:
- An aid can be granted no more than twice per academic year.

For whom:
- A scholarship for disabled persons may be awarded to a student who has a certificate of disability, a certificate on the degree of disability or a certificate referred to in Article 5 and Article 62 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and the employment of disabled persons (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 100, 173 and 240).
What to include in the application:
- Original and photocopy of the disability certificate.
- The original decision will be sent back to the student together with the scholarship decision to the address indicated in the application.
For how long:
- The scholarship is awarded for the academic year 2024/2025 (in the months of October to June), but for no longer than the duration of the award.
How to apply:
