
A fundamental element of the organisational culture of the University College of Professional Education is the observance of ethical principles and generally accepted standards of personal culture by students, lecturers, staff and other employees. The University actively supports activities that foster positive relationships between students, lecturers and employees. Promoting equal treatment and countering all forms of discrimination is a particular responsibility of the University's management.
Notification
Any person concerned has the right to report (verbally or in writing) incidents of unequal treatment, including discrimination, harassment and bullying, to the Trust Officer or the University Trustee.
The application should include:
- A description of the actions or behaviour which, in the view of the complainant, constitute unequal treatment (discrimination, including harassment and bullying).
- The name of the person or persons who the reporter believes are responsible for the undesirable behaviour.
- Provide evidence that the reported misconduct or actions took place.
