The event will take place on April 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It will be available online and the lectures and discussions will be conducted in both Polish and English. The event is designed not only for students of Management, Law, Psychology, Administration, Internal Security, and Pedagogy but also for anyone interested in understanding workplace conflicts and learning practical tools to combat destructive professional relationships.
Below you can find the preliminary conference schedule (more details coming soon):
- 9:00–9:30 AM: Conference opening.
- 9:30–11:00 AM: Inaugural lecture.
- 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM: Session 1 (parallel presentations in English and Polish; up to 10 presentations, each lasting 15–20 minutes).
- 12:45–1:00 PM: Lunch break.
- 1:00–2:30 PM: Session 2 (parallel presentations in English and Polish; up to 10 presentations, each lasting 15–20 minutes).
- 2:30–3:00 PM: Final conclusions and closing of the conference.
