Pressure, stress, and sometimes even open hostility-in many workplaces, bullying remains a serious problem. How can it be identified? What are its consequences? And most importantly, how can it be prevented? Experts will address these crucial questions during the conference 'Bullying as a Destructive Aspect of the Workplace'., organised by our institution. The event will take place on April 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It will be available online and the lectures and discussions will be conducted in both Polish and English. The preliminary conference schedule

The event is designed not only for students of Management, Law, Psychology, Administration, Internal Security, and Pedagogy but also for anyone interested in understanding workplace conflicts and learning practical tools to combat destructive professional relationships.

Below you can find the preliminary conference schedule (more details coming soon):

  • 9:00-9:30 AM: Conference opening.
  • 9:30-11:00 AM: Inaugural lecture.
  • 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM: Session 1 (parallel presentations in English and Polish; up to 10 presentations, each lasting 15-20 minutes).
  • 12:45-1:00 PM: Lunch break.
  • 1:00-2:30 PM: Session 2 (parallel presentations in English and Polish; up to 10 presentations, each lasting 15-20 minutes).
  • 2:30-3:00 PM: Final conclusions and closing of the conference.
