Since 1999 he has been working at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in the fields of constitutional law and state studies, which he teaches in both Czech and English. In addition, he is a long-standing member of the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Security Management of the Police Academy of the Czech Republic, where he teaches constitutional law. He has published dozens of articles in these fields, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. In addition to general constitutional law, his main areas of interest include issues of state security and the relationship between this issue and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms. He also specializes in issues of constitutional development in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. He has long collaborated with universities and professional journals, primarily in Central Europe, specifically in Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Hungary. He also regularly publishes commentaries on constitutional and legal topics in the national daily newspaper “Mladá fronta Dnes” and appears on national television and radio to discuss similar topics.

PhD. in Constitutional Law from the University of Salamanca (USAL), Spain; Lawyer from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Mexico. He is currently a Professor and Researcher at the Autonomous University of the State of Quintana Roo (UQROO), Mexico. He is a member of the National System of Researchers of CONAHCYT (National Council of Researchers of Mexico). He is also a member of the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław, he is an academic lecturer in Poland and abroad, specializing in extradition law. He is an associate professor at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and a practicing attorney. He has authored dozens of works on constitutional, civil, international criminal, administrative, and disciplinary law.

Professor of law, specialist in constitutional law, author of over two hundred scholarly publications, nearly half of which were published in Spanish or Portuguese. He is the co-author and translator of numerous books, including those published in Brazil, Venezuela, and Mexico. For many years, he was a guest lecturer at universities in Latin America, Asia, and Africa, and a scientific consultant in Kazakhstan. He has supervised numerous doctoral candidates in Poland and abroad, many of whom hold high-ranking public positions. A member of over twenty international scholarly societies and journal editorial boards, he is a former vice-president of the Polish Society of Constitutional Law. He is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, both domestic and international, and is an honorary doctorate and honorary citizen of several Latin American cities.

A Colombian lawyer with a PhD in Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain). He has been a university lecturer for 25 years and is the author of several books and numerous articles.

Graduated from Bratislava Comenius University, Faculty of Law. Holds PhD. degree from constitutional law and works as the professor at the Department of Constitutional Law. In his research, he focuses on judicial review and human rights. He serves as the advisor to the Slovak Constitutional Court, and he is a member of the Judicial Council.

Dr Zsuzsanna Peres is an Associate Professor at the Department of History of State and Law at the Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies at the Ludovika University of Public Service in Budapest, Hungary. Between 2015 and 2018, she also served as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education and later of Science and International Relations. Previously, Dr. Peres was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Legal History at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs, where she received her J.D. and Ph.D. Her current research focuses on comparative and Hungarian private law in the 16th to 18th centuries, Hungarian aristocratic matrimonial property law, the family fideicommissa, and the public administration system of the feudal Hungarian state. She speaks five languages fluently and is the author of about eighty academic publications.
