The Centre for Didactic Development and Scientific Progress has completed a series of inspiring workshops that attracted a large number of academic staff. Further important events supporting the quality of education lie ahead.
Building a personal brand in science
On March 18th this year, a training session took place „Personal Branding – managing your personal brand”, which he led Dr Tomasz Kozłowski. Participants delved into the intricacies of consciously crafting an expert image within the academic environment. The workshop demonstrated how to effectively communicate scientific achievements, build recognition in the digital space, and strategically manage reputation – even in crisis situations.
Modern Didactics in Practice
On 25 March this year, Dr Tomasz Kozłowski held a meeting dedicated to Innovative teaching methods. The main objective was to transform the traditional lecture into a process of actively engaging students. The training programme included, among others:
- Foundations of Neuro-didactics and techniques for motivating listeners.
- Digital workshop: advanced support for Zoom, MS Teams and Google Workspace platforms.
- Interaction practical application of tools such as Kahoot!, Padlet or Mentimeter.
- Methodology implementing the model flipped classroom (reverse class) and design pattern.
