Signing of cooperation agreement with I Am Recruitment Services.
On 14 August 2025, a meeting was held between the University of Vocational Training and Mr Adam Włodarczyk, owner of the company I Am Recruitment Services.
The talk was attended by:
- Dr Wojciech Kazanecki - Chair of the WSKZ Stakeholder Council.
- Dr Aneta Kazanecka - Associate Dean for Student Affairs at WSKZ.
- Mr Karol Molasy - Coordinator for relations with the socio-economic environment at the JCC.
The meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere, fostering a substantive exchange, and was a first step towards developing joint ideas. The discussions culminated in The signing of a cooperation agreement between the University and I Am Recruitment Services.
Key areas of cooperation
The meeting addressed issues related to:
- organisation of expert lectures and participation in job fairs;
- participation in the WSKZ Stakeholder Group;
- cooperation within Programme Boards for degree courses.
Also discussed were the areas in which I Am Recruitment Services - which specialises in sourcing skilled workers for various companies - links to the academic activities of the University.
Development prospects
Both sides expressed satisfaction with signature of the agreement and a willingness to continue the dialogue and develop a partnership that will enrich the learning process of WSKZ students with knowledge and experience from the real labour market.
