Policy Objective: Our aim is to support international academic cooperation and promote the exchange of students and teaching staff through the Erasmus+ Programme. This enables participants in our programmes to gain valuable experience abroad, develop intercultural competences and build international professional contacts.
Scope of action:
Student exchange: Organising and supporting student exchanges between our university and partners from other countries. Students will be able to do part of their studies and work placements abroad.
Exchange of teaching staff: Promote exchanges of research and teaching staff to develop research collaborations and exchange pedagogical experiences.
Administrative support: Provide administrative support to participants in exchange programmes, including assistance in obtaining the relevant documents and information on conditions of participation.
Intercultural competence: Organising training and workshops to promote intercultural understanding and cooperation, which is crucial to the success of the exchange.
Information and communication: Regularly inform the academic community about available exchange programmes and publish news related to Erasmus+ programmes.
Teaching staff: Teaching staff play a key role in the implementation of the Erasmus policy. Academic staff will be involved in organising and leading exchange projects, as well as supporting students in their adaptation and integration abroad.
Programme relevance: The Erasmus+ programme contributes to the development of our academic community, enabling them to make new international contacts and develop the skills needed in a global professional environment. As a result, participants in our programmes are better prepared for the challenges of the labour market and can contribute to the development of our university.
