Gloss topic:

Constitutional Court judgment of 6 October 2015, ref. SK 54/13 - the case of singer Doda and the limits of freedom of expression in the context of offence to religious feelings.

Footnotes: font Times New Roman - 10 pt., interline 1.0. Bibliography divided into legal sources, case law, literature, Internet sources.
