XXXIII Międzynarodowy Salon Przemysłu Obronnego – udział przedstawicieli Wyższej Szkoły Kształcenia Zawodowego

W dniach 2-5 września 2025 r. na terenie Targów Kielce odbył się XXXIII International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO), jedno z najważniejszych wydarzeń w Europie i na świecie, skierowane do przedstawicieli przemysłu obronnego, decydentów wojskowych oraz ekspertów z branży.

About the event

Corocznie organizowany MSPO gromadzi czołowe firmy, instytucje oraz delegacje z kilkudziesięciu krajów, oferując przestrzeń do prezentacji najnowszych technologii, produktów i rozwiązań dla obronności i bezpieczeństwa. W programie tegorocznej edycji znalazły się konferencje, debaty, prezentacje oraz liczne spotkania biznesowe.

Współtwórcami sukcesu MSPO od lat są Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa, pełniąca rolę strategicznego partnera wydarzenia. Targom tradycyjnie towarzyszyła również Wystawa Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

Uczestnicy i obecność Wyższej Szkoły Kształcenia Zawodowego

W inauguracji XXXIII MSPO uczestniczyli m.in. Marszałek Sejmu Szymon Hołownia, Minister Obrony Narodowej i Wicepremier Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, a także przedstawiciele wojska i innych służb mundurowych. Swoją obecność zaznaczyli także przedstawiciele Wyższej Szkoły Kształcenia Zawodowego: chief inspector (ret.) dr Jarosław Kaleta – Przewodniczący Zespołu Opiniodawczo-Doradczego ds. Bezpieczeństwa oraz chief inspector (ret.) Artur Bielecki – członek tegoż zespołu.

Efekty udziału

Uczestnictwo w wydarzeniu pozwoliło na nawiązanie licznych kontaktów z przedstawicielami władz, służb i innych instytucji, które w przyszłości powinny przynieść wymierne efekty w obszarze dynamicznego rozwoju Wyższej Szkoły Kształcenia Zawodowego.

Nowa publikacja naukowa z okazji 21. Międzynarodowego Kongresu „Kryminalistyka i Ekspertologia Sądowa: Nauka, Studia, Praktyka” pod Patronatem Honorowym Komendanta Głównego Policji oraz Marszałka Województwa Pomorskiego

Z przyjemnością informujemy, że ukazała się nowa publikacja naukowa pt. „Współczesne wyzwania w kryminalistyce. Prawa człowieka, technologie i interdyscyplinarność”. W dniu 18 września 2025 roku w siedzibie Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji w Warszawie odbędzie się międzynarodowa konferencja pt.: „30 Years Anti-Trafficking Work in Europe & Supporting Victim Rights – How to effectively address human trafficking and ensure that trafficked persons receive protection and support?”. Wydarzenie organizuje Departament Porządku Publicznego MSWiA we współpracy z Radą Europy, Fundacją La Strada Polska, La Strada International oraz partnerami z kraju i zagranicy. Konferencja to element obchodów 20-lecia przyjęcia Konwencji Rady Europy w sprawie działań przeciwko handlowi ludźmi oraz 30-lecia działalności Fundacji La Strada.

Tematyka i uczestnicy

21st International Congress "Forensic Science and Forensic Expertise: Science, Studies, Practice" under the Honorary Patronage of the Chief of Police - updated information

On days 18-20 September 2025 w European Solidarity Centre in Gdansk will take place 21st International Forensic Congress under the slogan: "Forensics and Forensic Expertise: Science, Studies, Practice"..

The event is organised by a wide range of institutions, including Polish Criminalistics Society, University College of Professional Educationas well as numerous academic centres and international organisations. The congress was covered by Under the Honorary Patronage of the Commander-in-Chief of the Police, Chief Superintendent Marek Boroń.

Guest of honour at the congress is Prof. Bruno Holyst, PhD, full professor, doctor honoris causa of the University of Bialystok (2011) and Nasarawa State University in Keffi (Nigeria, 2023), will be the event's guest of honour. Keffi University has awarded him the title of honorary professor and established an Institute of European Studies named after him. Professor Holyst is also a consultant to the College of Vocational Training in Wrocław.

Participation of WSKZ representatives in the XXXIII International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce

On days 2-5 September 2025 in Kielce will take place XXXIII International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) - one of the most important events in Europe and worldwide, dedicated to defence industry representatives, military decision-makers and industry experts. Held annually, the fair brings together leading companies, institutions and delegations from dozens of countries, creating a platform to showcase the latest defence and security technologies, products and solutions. The event also provides a space for establishing international cooperation and the exchange of experience between the military, industrial and scientific sectors.

On the initiative of University College of Professional Education and on behalf of Advisory and Consultative Group on the Security of the JSC, this year's MSPO will feature: General Dr Jarosław Kaleta and gen. Artur Bielecki. We hope that the participation of our representatives in this prestigious event will contribute to the acquisition of new opportunities and perspectives for the development of cooperation with national and foreign entities operating in the field of defence. We hope that the effect of these activities will be further strengthening of the research, teaching and organisational potential of the University of Vocational Training in Wrocław, as well as the development of initiatives linking the world of science and practice in the field of security and defence.

International partnership in practice - Chancellor of Swiss SIMS visits the School of Vocational Training

26 July 2025 At the invitation of the Centre for International Cooperation of the Higher School of Vocational Training in Wrocław came to Wrocław Prof. Aleksandra Zając, Chancellor a renowned Swiss university - The Swiss Institute of Management and Sciences (SIMS) to meet with the Management Staff of our University. Her visit was a great honour and a testament to the strong partnership and the high prestige of the College of Vocational Training on the international stage.

A new phase of international cooperation and scientific synergy

The meeting discussed plans for further development of cooperation, bearing in mind the Letter of Intent recently concluded by the Centre for International Cooperation of the College of Vocational Training with SIMS University.

Among the participants of the event was also the eminent scientist Prof. Dr. Andrzej Misiuk, internationally recognised as a pioneer of security science in Poland. Prof. Dr. Misiuk has numerous scientific achievements that have contributed to the development of the field. His contributions to science, his membership of international committees and his participation in global projects are extremely valuable contributions to science and education.

More than a visit - a shared vision of development

A wide range of future activities were discussedsuch as joint research, lectures by visiting professors, opportunities for exchange of students and academics for internships, and the realisation of joint international publications. There was also discussions on dual degree programmeswhich will allow our students to gain knowledge and experience at the highest level, using the resources of both universities.

We are proud to work with such a renowned institution as the The Swiss Institute of Management and Sciencesand this visit represents another step towards developing and strengthening our shared educational mission. We look forward to further joint initiatives to enhance the quality of education and learning.

The JCC Institute of Law cordially invites you to the 3rd Latin America-Central Europe Constitutional Law Conference under the title "Continuity of Democracy".

The conference will present trends in constitutional law in Latin America and Central Europe. Speakers will include renowned professors as well as members of supreme courts, constitutional tribunals as well as members of the legal profession. Huge success for WSKZ - we received the Erasmus Charter for higher education!

We are proud to announce that the College of Vocational Education in Wrocław has been awarded an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) by the European Commission! This prestigious award opens up new prospects for our University's international academic cooperation and participation in the Erasmus+ - one of the European Union's most important educational programmes.

Obtaining the ECHE Charter is a great success for the entire WSKZ academic community. It confirms the high quality of education, the transparency of activities and our commitment to the development of international mobility of students and teaching staff. The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) is a document awarded by the European Commission which confirms that the university meets certain quality standards in terms of mobility and international cooperation. With this card, the university can apply for funding to carry out a variety of activities, such as:

Opportunity to publish in an international monograph for academics in the School of Vocational Training!

Employees of the College of Vocational Training may submit articles for an international monograph being prepared in cooperation with the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine. The publication is realised on the basis of the scientific conference held online on 27 May 2025 in Kharkiv. The deadline for the submission of texts is 31 July 2025. The monograph will be published by Oficyna Wydawnicza ASPRA-JR from Warsaw and makes it possible to acquire 20 MEiN points.

Effect of international cooperation and scientific conference

The monograph is being produced as a result of a conference entitled 'The Future of the World. "Regulating public management and local government: comparative experiences and contemporary challenges". organised in cooperation with the Scientific Research Institute of State Building and Local Government of the N.A.N.P. of Ukraine. As part of the partnership agreement, the publication will cover both conference presentations as well as additional articles prepared by the staff of the School of Vocational Training.
